Consigned Caracas Painting #4

This signed painting is instantly recognizable as a classic museum-worthy Toulouse-Lautrec. It is an oil on wood as was his custom. There is an ancient Chenue certificate attached verso identifying it as a Toulouse-Lautrec. There is also an important Mary and Leigh Block collection certificate verso. (The Blocks founded and endowed the Block Museum of Art at Northwestern University and are known to have sold paintings from their huge collection to South American buyers to fund the cost)
