Early Edward Hopper

This impressive oil attributed to the great American artist Edward Hopper is a worthy addition to any collection or museum. It appears to have come from his early years when Hopper was still refining his technique and subject matter. Not much is known about it other than the Collector obtained it at a Kentucky estate sale in 1974 when he was the Dean of the School of Business at one of Kentucky’s state universities.
