Excellent Georges Lemmen Oil

This is almost certainly an authentic Georges Lemmen painting. He was a leading avant-garde artist at the turn of the twentieth century. His works are in many museums and this piece would make an excellent donation as his reputation has recently been growing. There is a certificate verso identifying him as the artist. This particular painting was sold by a wealthy Venezuelan family to help finance their escape from Venezuela. There is a COA valuing it.
